Is Opiran Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Opiran? Is Opiran safe for nursing mother and child? Does Opiran extracts into breast milk? Does Opiran has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Opiran influence milk supply or can Opiran decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Opiran can cause hyperprolactinemia.[1][2] The hyperprolactinemia is caused by the drug's dopamine-blocking action in the tuberoinfundibular pathway.[3]
