I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Brexpiprazole? Is Brexpiprazole safe for nursing mother and child? Does Brexpiprazole extracts into breast milk? Does Brexpiprazole has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Brexpiprazole influence milk supply or can Brexpiprazole decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the use of brexpiprazole during breastfeeding. If brexpiprazole is required by the mother of an older infant, it is not a reason to discontinue breastfeeding, but until more data become available, an alternate drug may be preferred, especially while nursing a newborn or preterm infant.
