Is Alanyl-2,6-xylidide Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Alanyl-2,6-xylidide? Is Alanyl-2,6-xylidide safe for nursing mother and child? Does Alanyl-2,6-xylidide extracts into breast milk? Does Alanyl-2,6-xylidide has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Alanyl-2,6-xylidide influence milk supply or can Alanyl-2,6-xylidide decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Limited data indicate that rather large amounts of Alanyl-2,6-xylidide are excreted into breastmilk. Because of the relative lack of data concerning breastfeeding during maternal Alanyl-2,6-xylidide therapy, exclusively breastfed infants should be carefully monitored if this drug is used during lactation, possibly including measurement of serum levels to rule out toxicity if there is a concern.
