Is Obiltoxaximab Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Obiltoxaximab? Is Obiltoxaximab safe for nursing mother and child? Does Obiltoxaximab extracts into breast milk? Does Obiltoxaximab has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Obiltoxaximab influence milk supply or can Obiltoxaximab decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of obiltoxaximab during breastfeeding. Because obiltoxaximab is a large protein molecule with a molecular weight of 148,000, absorption by the infant is unlikely after the first few weeks postpartum, and it will probably be destroyed in the infant's gastrointestinal tract. Until more data become available, obiltoxaximab should be used with caution during breastfeeding, especially while nursing a newborn or preterm infant.
