I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use UNII-5Q7ZVV76EI? Is UNII-5Q7ZVV76EI safe for nursing mother and child? Does UNII-5Q7ZVV76EI extracts into breast milk? Does UNII-5Q7ZVV76EI has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can UNII-5Q7ZVV76EI influence milk supply or can UNII-5Q7ZVV76EI decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Coumarin-type anticoagulant drug for the treatment and prophylaxis of thromboembolic disorders. UNII-5Q7ZVV76EI is not detected in breast milk. Not problems have been observed in infants whose mothers were treated. Plasma levels of UNII-5Q7ZVV76EI in such infants were undetectable. Even in cases of accidental maternal overdosing, infants did not show any clinical problem and/or coagulation tests were not altered. Her 8-week-old infant was healthy with an INR of 1.0, prothrombin time of 10.3 seconds, and a slightly elevated aPTT 33.8 seconds. However, 3 weeks previously, the infant's aPTT was 38.9 seconds, so the elevated aPTT was judged not to be caused by UNII-5Q7ZVV76EI.[9]
