I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Rucaparib? Is Rucaparib safe for nursing mother and child? Does Rucaparib extracts into breast milk? Does Rucaparib has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Rucaparib influence milk supply or can Rucaparib decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of rucaparib during breastfeeding. The manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during rucaparib therapy and for 2 weeks following therapy.
