I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Betrixaban? Is Betrixaban safe for nursing mother and child? Does Betrixaban extracts into breast milk? Does Betrixaban has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Betrixaban influence milk supply or can Betrixaban decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Because no information is available on the use of betrixaban during breastfeeding and the drug is orally absorbable, an alternate drug is preferred while nursing a newborn or preterm infant.[1][2][3]
