Is Netarsudil Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Netarsudil? Is Netarsudil safe for nursing mother and child? Does Netarsudil extracts into breast milk? Does Netarsudil has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Netarsudil influence milk supply or can Netarsudil decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the use of netarsudil during breastfeeding. Because netarsudil poorly absorbed by the mother after administration to the eye, it is unlikely to adversely affect the breastfed infant. Until more data become available, netarsudil should be used with caution during breastfeeding, especially while nursing a newborn or preterm infant.
