Is Glasdegib Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Glasdegib? Is Glasdegib safe for nursing mother and child? Does Glasdegib extracts into breast milk? Does Glasdegib has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Glasdegib influence milk supply or can Glasdegib decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on glasdegib during breastfeeding. It is 91% bound to plasma proteins, so amounts in milk are likely to be low. With a half-life of 17.4 hours, it is likely to be eliminated from milk by 4 to 7 days after the last dose. However, the manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during glasdegib therapy and for at least 30 days after the last dose.
