I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Dexibuprofen? Is Dexibuprofen safe for nursing mother and child? Does Dexibuprofen extracts into breast milk? On latest update no published data about breastfeeding were found. However, it is an enantiomer of Ibuprofen with similar pharmacokinetic properties. Ibuprofen has not been detected or only in very tiny amounts in the breast milk. Because of a high plasma protein binding capacity, excretion into breast milk seems to be unlikely.
