I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Silanol? Is Silanol safe for nursing mother and child? Does Silanol extracts into breast milk? Does Silanol has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Silanol influence milk supply or can Silanol decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Silicium daily allowance, which is a trace element, are likely less than 35 mg. This amount is easily achieve by a normal diet. Harmful effect of higher doses are unknown. Nor scientific evidence of any alleged benefit on articular, conjunctive, immunologic system or any other health area is available. It is a totally useless diet suplement.
