Is 8-Chloro-6-(o-fluorophenyl)-1-methyl-4H-imidazo(1,5-a)(1,4)benzodiazepine Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use 8-Chloro-6-(o-fluorophenyl)-1-methyl-4H-imidazo(1,5-a)(1,4)benzodiazepine? Is 8-Chloro-6-(o-fluorophenyl)-1-methyl-4H-imidazo(1,5-a)(1,4)benzodiazepine safe for nursing mother and child? Does 8-Chloro-6-(o-fluorophenyl)-1-methyl-4H-imidazo(1,5-a)(1,4)benzodiazepine extracts into breast milk? Does 8-Chloro-6-(o-fluorophenyl)-1-methyl-4H-imidazo(1,5-a)(1,4)benzodiazepine has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can 8-Chloro-6-(o-fluorophenyl)-1-methyl-4H-imidazo(1,5-a)(1,4)benzodiazepine influence milk supply or can 8-Chloro-6-(o-fluorophenyl)-1-methyl-4H-imidazo(1,5-a)(1,4)benzodiazepine decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Used for sedation in preoperative anesthetic procedures. After 4 hours there is not any trace of the drug in mother’s blood.

The small amounts of 8-Chloro-6-(o-fluorophenyl)-1-methyl-4H-imidazo(1,5-a)(1,4)benzodiazepine excreted into breastmilk would not be expected to cause adverse effects in most breastfed infants. Two expert panels advocates waiting for at least 4 hours after a single intravenous dose of 8-Chloro-6-(o-fluorophenyl)-1-methyl-4H-imidazo(1,5-a)(1,4)benzodiazepine (e.g., for endoscopy) before resuming nursing.[1][2] However, no waiting period or discarding of milk might be necessary before resuming breastfeeding after a single dose of 8-Chloro-6-(o-fluorophenyl)-1-methyl-4H-imidazo(1,5-a)(1,4)benzodiazepine in the mothers of infants over 2 months of age. After general anesthesia, breastfeeding can be resumed as soon as the mother has recovered sufficiently from general anesthesia to nurse.[3][4][5] When a combination of anesthetic agents is used for a procedure, follow the recommendations for the most problematic medication used during the procedure. With prolonged use (days) of intravenous therapy, an active metabolite can accumulate in the mother and might affect the infant, but data in breastfeeding are lacking.

In a telephone follow-up study, 124 mothers who took a benzodiazepine while nursing reported whether their infants had any signs of sedation. Nineteen mothers took 8-Chloro-6-(o-fluorophenyl)-1-methyl-4H-imidazo(1,5-a)(1,4)benzodiazepine (presumably orally) while breastfeeding and none reported sedation in her infant.[9]
