Does N-Cyclopropylmethylnoroxymorphone extracts into breast milk? Does N-Cyclopropylmethylnoroxymorphone has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Limited data indicate that N-Cyclopropylmethylnoroxymorphone is minimally excreted into breastmilk. If N-Cyclopropylmethylnoroxymorphone is required by the mother, it is not a reason to discontinue breastfeeding.

A 1.5-month-old breastfed infant of a mother who was taking 50 mg of oral N-Cyclopropylmethylnoroxymorphone daily during pregnancy and lactation was reportedly healthy with no N-Cyclopropylmethylnoroxymorphone-related adverse effects.[1]
