I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Nefazodone-Hcl? Is Nefazodone-Hcl safe for nursing mother and child? Does Nefazodone-Hcl extracts into breast milk? Does Nefazodone-Hcl has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Nefazodone-Hcl influence milk supply or can Nefazodone-Hcl decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Withdrawn from market in Spain because an increased risk of a rather rare but severe hepatotoxicity. One case of lethargy, hypothermia and anorexia in a premature baby has been reported.
