I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Tiapride? Is Tiapride safe for nursing mother and child? Does Tiapride extracts into breast milk? Does Tiapride has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Tiapride influence milk supply or can Tiapride decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No data on transfer into breastmilk are available. It is used as an anti-emetic drug. A stimulating effect on prolactin release is likely. There is more experience with Sulpiride.
