I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use BRN 0503374? Is BRN 0503374 safe for nursing mother and child? Does BRN 0503374 extracts into breast milk? Does BRN 0503374 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can BRN 0503374 influence milk supply or can BRN 0503374 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

One expert panel considers BRN 0503374 to be unacceptable during breastfeeding.[1] Based on its chemical and pharmacological similarity to narcotics, occasional small doses of BRN 0503374 may be acceptable while breastfeeding an older infant, but alternatives are preferred, especially while nursing a newborn.
