Is HSDB 3067 Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use HSDB 3067? Is HSDB 3067 safe for nursing mother and child? Does HSDB 3067 extracts into breast milk? Does HSDB 3067 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can HSDB 3067 influence milk supply or can HSDB 3067 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No data exist on the use of HSDB 3067 during breastfeeding. One expert panel considers HSDB 3067 to be unacceptable during breastfeeding.[1] Based on its chemical and pharmacological similarity to narcotics, occasional small doses of HSDB 3067 may be acceptable while breastfeeding an older infant, but alternatives are preferred, especially while nursing a newborn.
