Is Evabotulinumtoxina Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Evabotulinumtoxina? Is Evabotulinumtoxina safe for nursing mother and child? Does Evabotulinumtoxina extracts into breast milk? Does Evabotulinumtoxina has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Evabotulinumtoxina influence milk supply or can Evabotulinumtoxina decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No data exist on the medical use of Evabotulinumtoxina (botulinum toxin) during breastfeeding. However, one infant was safely breastfed during maternal botulism and no botulinum toxin was detectable in the mother's milk or infant. Since the doses used medically are far lower than those that cause botulism, amounts ingested by the infant, if any, are expected to be small and not cause any adverse effects in breastfed infants.[1] No special precautions are required.

A woman developed botulism after ingesting fermented salmon eggs while breastfeeding her 8-month-old breastfed (extent not stated) infant.
