Is Superparamagnetic iron oxide Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Superparamagnetic iron oxide? Is Superparamagnetic iron oxide safe for nursing mother and child? Does Superparamagnetic iron oxide extracts into breast milk? Does Superparamagnetic iron oxide has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Superparamagnetic iron oxide influence milk supply or can Superparamagnetic iron oxide decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Superparamagnetic iron oxide is a complex of iron oxide and dextran, similar to iron dextran. It is not expected to pose a toxic risk to a nursing infant. If Superparamagnetic iron oxide is required by the mother, it is not a reason to discontinue breastfeeding. However, because there is no published experience with Superparamagnetic iron oxide during breastfeeding, other agents may be preferred, especially while nursing a newborn or preterm infant.
