Is HSDB 8072 Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use HSDB 8072? Is HSDB 8072 safe for nursing mother and child? Does HSDB 8072 extracts into breast milk? Does HSDB 8072 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can HSDB 8072 influence milk supply or can HSDB 8072 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

HSDB 8072 is a complex of iron oxide and dextran, similar to iron dextran. It is not expected to pose a toxic risk to a nursing infant. If HSDB 8072 is required by the mother, it is not a reason to discontinue breastfeeding. However, because there is no published experience with HSDB 8072 during breastfeeding, other agents may be preferred, especially while nursing a newborn or preterm infant.
