Intestinal, biliary and genitourinary antispasmodic with few bibliographical references. Since the last update, we have not found published data on its excretion in breast milk. According to the manufacturer, adverse reactions are very rare and mild (Atlantis 2003). Its use is authorized in small infants (Atlantis 2003). Until there is more published data on this drug in relation to breastfeeding, safer known alternatives may be preferable, especially during the neonatal period and in case of prematurity.
