On latest update relevant data on breastfeeding was not found. Similar to Sumitriptan composition which is known to have a low excretion into breast milk.

No published experience exists with MK 462 free base during breastfeeding. If MK 462 free base is required by the mother, it is not a reason to discontinue breastfeeding; however, an alternate drug may be preferred, especially while nursing a newborn or preterm infant.
