Is Zyflo Safe in Breastfeeding
Question
I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Zyflo? Is Zyflo safe for nursing mother and child? Does Zyflo extracts into breast milk? Does Zyflo has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Zyflo influence milk supply or can Zyflo decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No published information is available on the use of Zyflo during breastfeeding; however, manufacturer's data indicate that the dose in milk is low. Because there is no published experience with Zyflo during breastfeeding, an alternate drug may be preferred, especially while nursing a newborn or preterm infant.
