Is Iodure (131I) de sodium Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Iodure (131I) de sodium? Is Iodure (131I) de sodium safe for nursing mother and child? Does Iodure (131I) de sodium extracts into breast milk? Does Iodure (131I) de sodium has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Iodure (131I) de sodium influence milk supply or can Iodure (131I) de sodium decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?
