Is MDL 473 Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use MDL 473? Is MDL 473 safe for nursing mother and child? Does MDL 473 extracts into breast milk? Does MDL 473 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can MDL 473 influence milk supply or can MDL 473 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

The amount of MDL 473 in milk is insufficient to treat tuberculosis in the breastfed infant. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other professional organizations state that breastfeeding should not be discouraged in women taking MDL 473.[1][2][3]
