Is Vitamin H3 Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Vitamin H3? Is Vitamin H3 safe for nursing mother and child? Does Vitamin H3 extracts into breast milk? Does Vitamin H3 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Vitamin H3 influence milk supply or can Vitamin H3 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?
