Does Twins has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Twins influence milk supply or can Twins decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Full breastfeeding is a perfectly possible and convenient option. There is a need of a great deal of support to the mother. Dealing with anxiety and frustrating feelings of the mother would be necesarry. Teach appropriate technics like inverse holding to make it possible to nurse both babies at the same time.
