Is racemic-Dobutamine Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use racemic-Dobutamine? Is racemic-Dobutamine safe for nursing mother and child? Does racemic-Dobutamine extracts into breast milk? Does racemic-Dobutamine has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can racemic-Dobutamine influence milk supply or can racemic-Dobutamine decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the use of racemic-Dobutamine during breastfeeding. Because of its poor oral bioavailability and short half-life, any racemic-Dobutamine in milk is unlikely to affect the infant.

Unlike dopamine, racemic-Dobutamine infusion does not affect serum prolactin concentration in infants[1] and in adult males.[2] The prolactin level in a mother with established lactation may not affect her ability to breastfeed.
