Is Ecothiopate iodide Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Ecothiopate iodide? Is Ecothiopate iodide safe for nursing mother and child? Does Ecothiopate iodide extracts into breast milk? Does Ecothiopate iodide has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Ecothiopate iodide influence milk supply or can Ecothiopate iodide decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?
