Is Ecothiophate iodide Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Ecothiophate iodide? Is Ecothiophate iodide safe for nursing mother and child? Does Ecothiophate iodide extracts into breast milk? Does Ecothiophate iodide has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Ecothiophate iodide influence milk supply or can Ecothiophate iodide decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?
