Is Rapamune Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Rapamune? Is Rapamune safe for nursing mother and child? Does Rapamune extracts into breast milk? Does Rapamune has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Rapamune influence milk supply or can Rapamune decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

On latest update relevant data on breastfeeding was not found. High molecular weight and plasma protein binding make excretion into breast milk unlikely.
