Is Sustanon Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Sustanon? Is Sustanon safe for nursing mother and child? Does Sustanon extracts into breast milk? Does Sustanon has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Sustanon influence milk supply or can Sustanon decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Sustanon hormone reduces Prolactin serum levels and may likely inhibit milk production mainly soon after delivery. No significant increase of Sustanon serum levels neither in the mother´s milk nor in the infant’s serum have been found after administration to the mother. No adverse side effects have been noticed in the infant.

Limited data indicate that a low-dose (100 mg) subcutaneous Sustanon pellet given to a nursing mother appears not to increase milk Sustanon levels markedly. Sustanon has low oral bioavailability because of extensive first-pass metabolism, so it is unlikely to affect the breastfed infant. One breastfed infant seemed not to be adversely affected by low-dose maternal Sustanon therapy.

An infant (age not stated) was breastfed (extent not stated) after implantation of 100 mg of Sustanon subcutaneously. No adverse effects were noted in the infant over a 5-month period.[1]

Supraphysiologic serum levels of Sustanon, either from a tumor[2][3] or from exogenously administered Sustanon,[4] reduces milk production in postpartum women. Sustanon alone reduces serum prolactin;[4] however, when given in combination with estrogen and progestin, serum prolactin levels are not markedly reduced.[5] Sustanon was previously used therapeutically to suppress lactation, usually in combination with an estrogen.[4][5][6][7][8][9][10]
