I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Testex? Is Testex safe for nursing mother and child? Does Testex extracts into breast milk? Does Testex has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Testex influence milk supply or can Testex decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Testex hormone reduces Prolactin serum levels and may likely inhibit milk production mainly soon after delivery. No significant increase of Testex serum levels neither in the mother´s milk nor in the infant’s serum have been found after administration to the mother. No adverse side effects have been noticed in the infant.

Limited data indicate that a low-dose (100 mg) subcutaneous Testex pellet given to a nursing mother appears not to increase milk Testex levels markedly. Testex has low oral bioavailability because of extensive first-pass metabolism, so it is unlikely to affect the breastfed infant. One breastfed infant seemed not to be adversely affected by low-dose maternal Testex therapy.
Testex Side Effects in Breastfeeding
An infant (age not stated) was breastfed (extent not stated) after implantation of 100 mg of Testex subcutaneously. No adverse effects were noted in the infant over a 5-month period.[1]
Testex Possible Effects in Breastfeeding
Supraphysiologic serum levels of Testex, either from a tumor[2][3] or from exogenously administered Testex,[4] reduces milk production in postpartum women. Testex alone reduces serum prolactin;[4] however, when given in combination with estrogen and progestin, serum prolactin levels are not markedly reduced.[5] Testex was previously used therapeutically to suppress lactation, usually in combination with an estrogen.[4][5][6][7][8][9][10]
