I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Neotestis? Is Neotestis safe for nursing mother and child? Does Neotestis extracts into breast milk? Does Neotestis has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Neotestis influence milk supply or can Neotestis decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Neotestis hormone reduces Prolactin serum levels and may likely inhibit milk production mainly soon after delivery. No significant increase of Neotestis serum levels neither in the mother´s milk nor in the infant’s serum have been found after administration to the mother. No adverse side effects have been noticed in the infant.

Limited data indicate that a low-dose (100 mg) subcutaneous Neotestis pellet given to a nursing mother appears not to increase milk Neotestis levels markedly. Neotestis has low oral bioavailability because of extensive first-pass metabolism, so it is unlikely to affect the breastfed infant. One breastfed infant seemed not to be adversely affected by low-dose maternal Neotestis therapy.
Neotestis Side Effects in Breastfeeding
An infant (age not stated) was breastfed (extent not stated) after implantation of 100 mg of Neotestis subcutaneously. No adverse effects were noted in the infant over a 5-month period.[1]
Neotestis Possible Effects in Breastfeeding
Supraphysiologic serum levels of Neotestis, either from a tumor[2][3] or from exogenously administered Neotestis,[4] reduces milk production in postpartum women. Neotestis alone reduces serum prolactin;[4] however, when given in combination with estrogen and progestin, serum prolactin levels are not markedly reduced.[5] Neotestis was previously used therapeutically to suppress lactation, usually in combination with an estrogen.[4][5][6][7][8][9][10]
