I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use NIH 10421? Is NIH 10421 safe for nursing mother and child? Does NIH 10421 extracts into breast milk? Does NIH 10421 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can NIH 10421 influence milk supply or can NIH 10421 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

In animals, cholinergic drugs increase oxytocin release,[2] and have variable effects on serum prolactin.[3] NIH 10421 increases serum prolactin in humans.[4][5] The prolactin level in a mother with established lactation may not affect her ability to breastfeed.
