Is Cancidas Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Cancidas? Is Cancidas safe for nursing mother and child? Does Cancidas extracts into breast milk? Does Cancidas has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Cancidas influence milk supply or can Cancidas decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of Cancidas during breastfeeding. Cancidas is indicated for use in infants over 3 months of age and it is poorly absorbed orally, so it is not likely to reach the bloodstream of the infant or cause any adverse effects in breastfed infants. However, no published experience exists with Cancidas during breastfeeding, therefore an alternate drug may be preferred, especially while nursing a newborn or preterm infant.
