Is HSDB 8181 Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use HSDB 8181? Is HSDB 8181 safe for nursing mother and child? Does HSDB 8181 extracts into breast milk? Does HSDB 8181 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can HSDB 8181 influence milk supply or can HSDB 8181 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of HSDB 8181 during breastfeeding. Because of its large molecular weight of 4900 daltons, excretion into breastmilk should be minimal and it would not be expected to be absorbed from breastmilk by the infant. If HSDB 8181 is required by the mother of an older infant, it is not a reason to discontinue breastfeeding, but until more data become available, an alternate drug may be preferred, especially while nursing a newborn or preterm infant.
