Is 15AU81 Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use 15AU81? Is 15AU81 safe for nursing mother and child? Does 15AU81 extracts into breast milk? Does 15AU81 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can 15AU81 influence milk supply or can 15AU81 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

One patient taking 15AU81 breastfed her infant for one year without any complications. If 15AU81 is required by the mother, it is not a reason to discontinue breastfeeding. However, until more data are available, 15AU81 should only be used with careful monitoring during breastfeeding.
15AU81 Side Effects in Breastfeeding
A woman developed pulmonary artery hypertension and was treated with intravenous 15AU81 beginning at 32 weeks of gestation and titrated up to 26 ng/kg/min. The dose was nearly doubled postpartum because of worsening symptoms. She breastfed (extent not stated) her infant for one year with no apparent drug-related problems, although there was concern for obesity at 6 months of age. The infant was healthy and developing normally at 2 years of age.[1]
