I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use LY 570310? Is LY 570310 safe for nursing mother and child? Does LY 570310 extracts into breast milk? Does LY 570310 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can LY 570310 influence milk supply or can LY 570310 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

LY 570310 is not marketed in the United States and has not been studied in nursing mothers. Because it must be used with ribavirin and peginterferon alfa, it is not considered a good choice during breastfeeding. When it was marketed, the manufacturer recommended that mothers taking LY 570310 not breastfeed their infants.
