Is Incivek Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Incivek? Is Incivek safe for nursing mother and child? Does Incivek extracts into breast milk? Does Incivek has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Incivek influence milk supply or can Incivek decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Incivek is not marketed in the United States and has not been studied in nursing mothers. Because it must be used with ribavirin and peginterferon alfa, it is not considered a good choice during breastfeeding. When it was marketed, the manufacturer recommended that mothers taking Incivek not breastfeed their infants.
