Silicium daily allowance, which is a trace element, are likely less than 35 mg. This amount is easily achieve by a normal diet. Harmful effect of higher doses are unknown. Nor scientific evidence of any alleged benefit on articular, conjunctive, immunologic system or any other health area is available. It is a totally useless diet suplement.
