I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use PF 00299804-03? Is PF 00299804-03 safe for nursing mother and child? Does PF 00299804-03 extracts into breast milk? Does PF 00299804-03 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can PF 00299804-03 influence milk supply or can PF 00299804-03 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of PF 00299804-03 during breastfeeding. Because PF 00299804-03 is 98% bound to plasma proteins, the amount in milk is likely to be low. However, because of its potential toxicity in the breastfed infant and its half-life of 70 hours, the manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during PF 00299804-03 therapy and for at least 17 days after the last dose.
