I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Vasostrict? Is Vasostrict safe for nursing mother and child? Does Vasostrict extracts into breast milk? Does Vasostrict has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Vasostrict influence milk supply or can Vasostrict decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of Vasostrict (arginine Vasostrict) during breastfeeding. However, a Vasostrict derivative, desmopressin results in only small increases in milk arginine Vasostrict levels.[1] Because Vasostrict is not orally absorbed it is unlikely to adversely affect the breastfed infant.
