Is S-(1,2-Bis(ethoxy-carbonyl)-ethyl)-O,O-dimethyl-dithiofosfaat Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use S-(1,2-Bis(ethoxy-carbonyl)-ethyl)-O,O-dimethyl-dithiofosfaat? Is S-(1,2-Bis(ethoxy-carbonyl)-ethyl)-O,O-dimethyl-dithiofosfaat safe for nursing mother and child? Does S-(1,2-Bis(ethoxy-carbonyl)-ethyl)-O,O-dimethyl-dithiofosfaat extracts into breast milk? Does S-(1,2-Bis(ethoxy-carbonyl)-ethyl)-O,O-dimethyl-dithiofosfaat has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can S-(1,2-Bis(ethoxy-carbonyl)-ethyl)-O,O-dimethyl-dithiofosfaat influence milk supply or can S-(1,2-Bis(ethoxy-carbonyl)-ethyl)-O,O-dimethyl-dithiofosfaat decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Significantly less S-(1,2-Bis(ethoxy-carbonyl)-ethyl)-O,O-dimethyl-dithiofosfaat penetrated from Ovide after 0.5 h versus the suggested 8 h application, without decreasing the product’s efficacy. Avoid applying it on the breast or nipple. Otherwise, cleanse it thoroughly before nursing.

S-(1,2-Bis(ethoxy-carbonyl)-ethyl)-O,O-dimethyl-dithiofosfaat appears to be poorly absorbed after topical application, so it is not likely to reach the breastmilk in large amounts. However, breastmilk excretion of S-(1,2-Bis(ethoxy-carbonyl)-ethyl)-O,O-dimethyl-dithiofosfaat has not been studied after application of the 0.5% lotion. Until more data become available, an alternate agent is preferred.[1]
