Is CP 690550 Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use CP 690550? Is CP 690550 safe for nursing mother and child? Does CP 690550 extracts into breast milk? Does CP 690550 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can CP 690550 influence milk supply or can CP 690550 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of CP 690550 during breastfeeding. If CP 690550 is required by the mother, it is not a reason to discontinue breastfeeding.[1] However, until more data become available, CP 690550 should be used with caution during breastfeeding and an alternate drug may be preferred, especially while nursing a newborn or preterm infant.[2] The manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during CP 690550 therapy and for 18 hours after the last dose of Xeljanz or 36 hours after the last dose of Xeljanz XR.
