I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use UNII-624KN6GM2T? Is UNII-624KN6GM2T safe for nursing mother and child? Does UNII-624KN6GM2T extracts into breast milk? Does UNII-624KN6GM2T has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can UNII-624KN6GM2T influence milk supply or can UNII-624KN6GM2T decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

UNII-624KN6GM2T is a prodrug of sirolimus. Because no information is available on the use of UNII-624KN6GM2T or sirolimus during breastfeeding, an alternate drug may be preferred, especially while nursing a newborn or preterm infant. The manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during bevacizumab therapy and for 3 weeks following the last dose.
