Is HSDB 7931 Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use HSDB 7931? Is HSDB 7931 safe for nursing mother and child? Does HSDB 7931 extracts into breast milk? Does HSDB 7931 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can HSDB 7931 influence milk supply or can HSDB 7931 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

HSDB 7931 is a prodrug of sirolimus. Because no information is available on the use of HSDB 7931 or sirolimus during breastfeeding, an alternate drug may be preferred, especially while nursing a newborn or preterm infant. The manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during bevacizumab therapy and for 3 weeks following the last dose.
