Is Perflutren lipid microspheres Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Perflutren lipid microspheres? Is Perflutren lipid microspheres safe for nursing mother and child? Does Perflutren lipid microspheres extracts into breast milk? Does Perflutren lipid microspheres has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Perflutren lipid microspheres influence milk supply or can Perflutren lipid microspheres decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of Perflutren lipid microspheres during breastfeeding. Because of the extremely short elimination half-life of Perflutren lipid microspheres (<2 minutes) from the body, use of Perflutren lipid microspheres either as albumin microspheres or lipid microspheres is acceptable in nursing mothers.[1] Because of the lack of information, the American College of Radiology states that temporary (~24 hours) pumping and discarding of milk may be considered.[2] However, this recommendation appears to be excessively cautious.
