Is Lumason Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Lumason? Is Lumason safe for nursing mother and child? Does Lumason extracts into breast milk? Does Lumason has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Lumason influence milk supply or can Lumason decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No published experience exists with Lumason during breastfeeding. Because the half-life of the agent is about 10 minutes and absorption of the drug by the infant is unlikely. If Lumason is required by the mother, it is not a reason to discontinue breastfeeding.[1] Because of the lack of information, the American College of Radiology states that temporary (~24 hours) pumping and discarding of milk may be considered.[2] However, this recommendation appears to be excessively cautious.
