Whenever a diagnosis is established in both the mother and the infant to start a treatment is mandatory. Doxycycline is the treatment of choise for the mother, which is not contraindicated while BF. Amoxicillin, cefuroxime or macrolide antimicrobials are the preferred treatment for infants. See below the information of these related products:
